Booked or walk in, you will be seen.
A booked slot is held for fifteen minutes. A walk in waits on average twenty five minutes, and reception will tell you the honest number when you arrive.

Before you come
Do you take my insurance?
We work with four insurers. Bring your card and reception will check it before you see anyone, so there is no surprise afterwards.
What if I cannot pay today?
Tell reception. Nobody is turned away from a consultation. We will agree a way to settle it.
Is there anyone here at night?
The clinic closes at 9pm. Outside those hours we direct you to the nearest hospital with a night team, and the number is on the door.
Can I get my results by phone?
Yes, once a doctor has read them. We do not give results out before that, because a number without an explanation is not useful to anyone.
