Half now, half when you arrive.
A booking is held once half the total has cleared. Cancel more than seven days out and that half comes back in full.
How a booking runs

Send your dates
Tell us when, how many people and which room. We reply the same day with what is free and the total.

Pay half
Half the total by Mobile Money or bank transfer. The room is held the moment it clears, not before.
- 03
We confirm the boat
Two days before you travel we send the ferry time we will meet, and we check it again that morning.

Pay the balance on arrival
Mobile Money or cash at the lodge. There is no card machine on the island.

Cancellation and travel
What if I cancel?
More than seven days before you arrive, the deposit is returned in full. Inside seven days we keep it. Inside forty eight hours the full stay is charged.
What if the ferry does not run?
That is not your fault and we do not charge for it. The deposit moves to another date or comes back in full, whichever you prefer.
How do I get to the ferry?
It leaves from the mainland twice a day. We send the current times when you book, because they change with the season.
