What it costs, and when it arrives.
No delivery charge is worked out after you order. The table below is the whole rule.

Every order over 150,000 shillings is delivered free inside Kampala, Wakiso and Mukono.
How an order runs

Send your list
WhatsApp the items you want to 0700 000 101, or call the shop and read them out.

We confirm the total
You get the price of each item, the delivery charge and the arrival time in one message.

The rider comes
You check the order at your door before any money changes hands.
- 04
You pay
Cash to the rider, or Mobile Money on the spot. Never before delivery.
Returns
What if I do not want it once I see it?
Hand it straight back to the rider and pay nothing. That is the whole rule.
What if I change my mind later?
Bring it back to either branch within seven days, unused and in its packaging, and we refund you in full.
What if something arrives broken?
Call the same day. We replace it and cover the delivery both ways.
What if I am not home?
The rider calls before setting off. If you are out, we hold the order and deliver again the next day at no extra charge.
