How we price and charge
Do you mark up materials?
No. Materials are bought against receipts and passed on at cost. Our fee is on the labour and the management, and it is a stated figure in the quote.
What if prices move mid project?
Material costs move with the market and that is shared with you in writing before purchase. Our labour and management fee is fixed for the length of the programme.
What if I want to change something halfway?
It is quoted as a variation before anything is done, with the cost and the effect on the programme stated together. Nothing is built on a verbal change.
Do you work without an approved drawing?
No. We will introduce you to an architect, but we do not build off a sketch.
