Launch is 600,000 shillings. Platform is 1,200,000 shillings. Platform Plus starts at 3,000,000 shillings and we agree it on the call. A custom build starts from one of these prices and only goes up.

A minor change is content. Editing text, swapping an image, updating a price or opening hours, adding a staff member. A major change is structure. A new page, a new section, a layout change, a new feature, or rebuilding a page you already approved.

Your first pass of up to five minor changes is free during your review. After that a pass of minor changes is 50,000 shillings and a pass of major changes is 100,000 shillings. The fee is per pass, not per change. We tell you which a request is, and what it costs, before we start.

We fix small things free for 30 days. After that you can put the site on a care plan, or buy a change pass whenever you need one.

The care plan is 600,000 shillings for 12 months or 350,000 shillings for 6 months, paid in advance. It covers your domain, hosting, security certificate, a daily backup, security and uptime monitoring, and unlimited small text and image edits.

On a care plan you pay nothing more, because the plan covers your domain and hosting. Without one, your domain renews at the registry price of about 50,000 shillings a year, and hosting is 250,000 shillings a year.

The clock pauses. It runs while the work is with us and stops while it is with you, so a day you spend deciding is not counted against our promise. Your portal shows the paused days, so there is nothing to argue about later.
