Refund and cancellation policy.

This policy is clause 8 of the agreement you sign before you pay. The two say the same thing.

If you cancel

Your deposit is not refundable. This applies from the moment the deposit clears, whether you cancel before the build starts or during the build. The deposit holds your build slot and covers the work already done, and both are spent whether or not you continue.

If we cannot deliver

If we cannot deliver the agreed scope for a reason on our side, we refund your deposit in full, less the cost of any domain we have already registered in your name. That domain stays yours.

If we deliver late

Late delivery is not a failure to deliver. If we hand over later than the three working days for a reason on our side, every extra working day takes 50,000 shillings off your balance, up to 150,000 shillings. That credit is your remedy for lateness.

Requests beyond the agreed scope

A request for work outside the scope in your proposal is a change, not a failure to deliver. We price it and agree it with you before any work starts on it, and it is not grounds for a refund.
