Privacy notice.

This policy covers studio.matthewntamara.com. If anything here is unclear, ask and we will explain it in plain terms.

What we collect

Your name, business name, phone number, email address, and the details you send about your website. If you become a client, we also hold your brand assets, your page content, proof of payment files, and signed records.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, run your project, issue invoices and receipts, and meet our record keeping duties.

How long we keep it

Financial and contract records are kept for at least 7 years, because tax and contract law require it. Enquiry data is kept until you ask us to remove it, or until we no longer need it to answer you.

Cookies and analytics

This site loads Google Analytics and the Meta pixel on every page. They set cookies in your browser and record which pages you open, so we can see which of our pages bring people to us. We do not sell that data and we do not use it to identify you by name.

There is no cookie banner on this site today, so these load as soon as you arrive. If you would rather they did not, block third party cookies in your browser settings, or use your browser's private mode. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add on Google publishes for that purpose.

Your project pages, where you read your agreement and pay, are handled differently. The link that identifies your project is removed from the address before analytics loads, so it is never sent to Google or Meta.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or remove it, using the contact details in the footer.
