The clock starts when your deposit clears and your details are in.
Every extra working day we are late takes 50,000 shillings off your balance, up to 150,000 shillings.

01 Call
A free 15 minute phone call; You leave it with a fixed price and a start date.
On the call, we ask what the site is for, who it is for, and what it must do
We tell you which package fits, give you the fixed price, and explain the deposit and how to pay.
Bring your goals and any sites you like for inspiration. Ask every question about price and what is included now.
02 Pay the deposit
Pay the deposit. We hold a build slot for you and send you one short form.
We send an invoice for the deposit and a link to both ways to pay. We hold a build slot for you.
You pay by Mobile Money or by bank transfer, then upload your proof of payment. The slot is confirmed once the money clears.
The form asks for your logo, your colours, your pictures, your words, and your contact details. It takes about 20 minutes. The three days do not start until the form is done.
If your words are not ready, tell us. We can write them for you as a paid extra.
03 Pick your design
Within about 48 hours you get two designs for your home page. You pick one.
We build two different designs for your home page from what you sent us.
You pick one. This choice is needed before we can carry on.
A third design, or rebuilding a page you already approved, is a major change at 100,000 shillings a pass.
04 Go live
You review it once, pay the balance, and we hand you every file and password.
We build the whole site in the design you chose, set up your hosting and your domain, and set the site up so Google can find you.
You send all your changes in one message. We label the pass as minor or major and tell you the cost before we start. Your first pass of up to five minor changes is free.
You pay the balance once you approve it. Then the site goes live and we hand you the handover pack: every password, every file, and full access to your hosting.
For 30 days after, we make minor changes for free.
Minor changes and major changes
A minor change is content. Editing text, swapping an image, updating a price or opening hours, adding a staff member. A major change is structure. A new page, a new section, a layout change, a new feature, or rebuilding a page you already approved.
A pass of minor changes. 50,000 shillings. Your first pass is free.

- Edit text on an existing page
- Change a colour value or a font size in the chosen direction
- Update contact details, hours, social links, or a price in an existing list
- Adjust spacing or reorder sections on an existing page
- Replace the logo file with a new version of the same logo
- Add or remove up to five items in an existing list or gallery
A pass of major changes. 100,000 shillings.
- Add a new page or a new section type not in the agreed scope
- Add a feature, for example a booking form, a payment button, a gallery filter, a language toggle, a blog
- Switch to the other direction after approving one, or ask for a third direction
- Restructure the navigation or the site map
- Rebuild a page already approved at review
- Connect a third party tool beyond WhatsApp click to chat
- Enter content beyond the intake, for example load 30 products
