Terms of service.
These terms cover the site. The agreement you sign before a project starts is the document that governs the work, and it is shown to you in full before you sign.
Scope and price
Each project has a fixed scope and a fixed price, set out in your proposal and your signed agreement. Work outside that scope is a change order, priced before it starts.
The Ntamara Promises
Three days, or we pay you back for the wait.
Your site is ready within 3 working days of your deposit clearing and your form being complete. If we are late for any reason on our side, we take 50,000 shillings off your balance for every extra working day, up to 150,000. The clock runs on our time, not yours. If we are waiting on you, for your design choice or for something missing from your form, it pauses until you come back and then starts again from where it stopped.
You own the site, not us.
The domain is registered in your name on day one. When you pay the balance you get every password, every file, and full access to your hosting. You can move the site anywhere.
The price you see is the price you pay.
A deposit to start and the balance when you approve it. There is no hourly billing and no invoice you did not expect.
You pay the balance only after you approve the site.
We show you the finished site first. You pay the rest once it matches what we agreed.
Every payment is checked before anything moves.
We match your payment against our own bank alert or the payment dashboard before the next step starts, and we send you a receipt once it clears.
Deposits are non refundable.
Changes
You get one pass of up to five minor edits during your review at no extra charge. Each further pass of minor edits costs 50,000 shillings, and a change outside the minor edit definition costs 100,000 shillings. We name the type and the cost before we start. Work is scheduled only after payment is confirmed.
Payment and ownership
You pay a deposit to start and the balance after you approve the finished site. Payment is by Mobile Money or bank transfer to Equity Bank, with proof. We confirm funds against our own records before the next stage. On the cleared balance, all intellectual property and licences pass to you, and you receive every login and source file.
